Shipping & Handling Policy
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel from our store along with the packing materials needed for your purchase. Requests for specific shipping additions — i.e. next day, three-day, signature required — can be accommodated for an additional charge to the customer.
We aim to ship products within 7 business days of the purchase date. If for some reason we cannot ship within 7 business days, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss the delay.
We generally ship via USPS, all packages are carefully wrapped and insured. There is no signature required unless specified.
Returns Policy
Our customer’s satisfaction is a top priority. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from receipt of products for credit towards a replacement item(s). All products must be returned in like new (undamaged) condition, in original shipping container and be returned with all accompanying certificates/paperwork you received with your order. You can request a substitute product. Brandi J Roberts does not pay for return shipping fees.
Damaged Artwork
Any items received damaged due to shipping will be replaced with like item, or store credit. Please keep all artwork, shipping and packaging materials and contact brandi@brandijroberts.com within 24 hours of receiving damaged items.
Product Disclaimer
Brandi J Roberts products are handcrafted one at a time. It is therefore very rare to create identical items. Every piece is unique, therefore may contain natural blemishes/variations that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the creating of handmade products; you may find minor distinctions that make your Brandi J Roberts art purchases special and truly one-of-a-kind.
Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. You may request additional photos of the artwork by contacting brandi@brandijroberts.com.
